Drumback Office Chair

Drumback is neither an upholstered back or a mesh back office chair, but a stylish and comfortable desk chair that combines the benefits of both - the cool comfort of a mesh back and the stability of a closed back.

Designed by Martin Ballendat, the Drumback chair has an ingenius design which stretches mesh over a polypropylene back structure, just like the surface of a drum. This is achieved without the need for upholstery and gives the Drumback chair a fresh and contemporary look.

The Drumback chair features a polypropylene chassis and outer backrest, available in a choice of black, iron grey or telegrey. The seat is constructed from high quality mould foam, upholstered in a choice of fabrics and colours. The seat also features a sliding mechanism to adjust the seat depth in six positions.

The Mesh used on the inside of the back features a wide choice of mesh colours.

Drumback has an automatic synchro mechanism with an additional fine tuning control, a free flow recline, lock and 3 position limiter. The controls are integrated inton the seat. The five star plastic base is available in black, or in telegrey at additional cost with some options.
