Solar Operator Desk Chair

Solar is a well priced operator or desk chair that meets the needs of many office task chair requirements. Produced to order here in the UK, this allows you to customise the chair in terms of options, fabrics, colours and still have delivery typically in around 3 weeks. Choose from an independent or a synchronised chair adjustment mechanism, with gas height adjustment which is suitable for Users of up to 150kg. Where chosen, the arms are height adjustable with polyurethane arm pads.

The upholstered seat pad is produced using CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilience) cold cured foam, with preformed laminated birch inner wood and black polypropylene under seat. The upholstered back also uses CMHR foam with a structural polypropylene inner and outer back, with a black finish.

The Solar chair complies with BS EN 1335-1:2000, BS5259-2 & A2 2008, and BS EN ISO 9241-5:1999, tested and confirming its' suitability as a great office chair, meeting the ergonomic requirements for office work with video displays. The chairs are designed to conform to these British and European standards.

We show the chair here with several options and in many colours, but if you want another fabric type or colour, please contact Aerofoil for advice and a quotation. The chair can also be supplied with a polished aluminium base or a silver painted aluminium (RAL9006) base, at extra cost. The standard castors can also be replaced with glides, soft wheel castors, or brake loaded or unloaded castors, for specific requirements, at extra cost.
