Camira Smarty Plus Dolly Mixture Fabric
Through discussions with Greenlaw Dental Surgery, we specified the Camira Smarty Plus fabric on the seat backs, in the Dolly Mixture, blue colourway. This tied in nicely with the Just Colour Contract Vinyl, or Faux Leatherm, that we used on the seats. This is easily wiped clean.
New Dentist Waiting Room Seating
Greenlaw Dental Care of Glasgow, contacted Aerofoil Design when looking to furnish their newly refurbished dentist patient waiting room with new bench seating. Having seen some potential seating on our website, they were struggling to envisage the sizes of the seating units and how they could be planned into their waiting room. We were happy to help.
Although 450 miles away, with the help of the staff and owners of the Dental Surgery, Aerofoil were able to obtain some photographs, and a sketch and dimensions of the waiting room. This enabled our designers to create a CAD floor plan for them and to prepare some initial designs and a few reception seating options. These images and quotations were submitted via email.
Over the coming weeks, Greenlaw Dental Care and Aerofoil Design were able to fine-tune the layouts and seating choices until a final specification was agreed - Infinity Reception and Waiting Area seating.
Installation of Reception and Waiting Area Furniture
The seating was delivered and installed by AJ at 8am on a Monday morning so as to avoid disruption to the dental surgery or to their patients. The work was completed in less than an hour and all packaging was cleared before the first Patients arrived.
This project is another which proves that distance is no barrier to good Customer Service for Aerofoil Design. Even though based in Glasgow, by using the latest technology, simple phone calls and consultation, great furniture products and our own furniture installation personnel, we were able to offer a competitive and perhaps better service than could be found locally.
